Job Description

(Contingent upon funding) CBH Position - Full-time permanent teaching position beginning at the start of the 2016/17 school year.


360 High School will prepare each student for outstanding success in college and career.  Guided by a commitment to courageous innovation and democratic principles, we seek to provide students with 360 degrees of support and opportunity in order to cultivate the belief that their futures are limitless. Our students will design their own successful paths for high school, college, career and life. 360 High School opened in September 2015 to a small group of 9th grade students and will grow one grade level each year. Our instructional framework centers on personalized, mastery-based learning which allows students to move at their own pace in learning.  Students, families and community members play an active role in guiding our ongoing development.


 


Faculty at 360 High School will be flexible, comfortable working across disciplines, and able to transition smoothly between a variety of roles and responsibilities. Teachers will be responsible for creating a positive community and cultivating students' interest in learning whether working one-on-one with students, in small groups, co-teaching, or leading a class.  Faculty members will join an incredible team of like-minded professionals working to achieve the same mission and ensure that our students receive the personalized, world-class education they deserve.
